Meet Colette Rivers, a visionary and community servant who has been a full-time agent for more than 7 years. From assisting families in finding their dream homes, to locating ideal commercial properties for business owners, Colette Rivers has an enthusiasm for real estate that ensures the best outcome for her clients. Born and raised in Petersburg, Virginia, Colette’s keen eye for detail and her perceptive nature make her an asset to her clients.
She has expanded her real estate portfolio, built over the past 15 years, to include property renovation, real estate investing, new construction, rental holdings, and AirBNB properties. Colette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, and an MBA from Averett University. Colette is a life-learner; always seeking to acquire knowledge and cultivate new experiences. Her love for travel has allowed her to explore diverse cities and countries, including Paris, France; Marrakesh, Morocco; and Abu Dhabi, UAE.

I am a native of Richmond, Virginia who relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and maintained a residence in the area for 15 years. While I achieved a B.A. in Political Science Pre-Law at Georgia State University, my passion has always been sales. I am fortunate to have more than 30 years of sales experience. I returned to Richmond over a decade ago and quickly became an expert in the area.
My experience allows me an insightful knowledge of the area and a solid network of industry contacts that give me a vantage point in surpassing my clients' expectations. I am an expert real estate professional who is an excellent negotiator, problem-solver, listens well, communicates effectively, and a strategic thinker with a great sense of urgency.
